How do I join Chuck's Rewards?
Simply create an account on our website and you're in! Plus, you'll earn 200 bonus points just for signing up.
How do I earn points?
You earn points automatically with every purchase. With every RM1 spent, you'll earn 1 point. Points are credited to your account within 24 hours.
Points are earned on purchases made directly on our website and in-store at Chuck's at The Gardens Mall and Motherchuckers Flagship Store at APW, Bangsar. Purchases made on other marketplaces unfortunately don't count towards your rewards.
Can my points earned from offline purchases be redeemed in-store?
Yes! Your rewards can be redeemed either online or offline. For online orders, you may redeem your rewards by clicking on the Chuck's rewards icon in the lower left-hand corner of our website.
For offline orders, it is only applicable for orders made at Chuck's flagship store. Please make sure to add your email address to your order, and our in-store staff will let you know if you can redeem any reward based on your available points.
What would happen to my points if I returned or exchanged an item?
Your points will be recalculated to reflect the new order amount.
What do I do if my points are not reflected?
Please allow up to 24 hours for the points to be reflected in the system. If your points are still not reflected within 24 hours, please contact us at help@chuck-s.co. Our staff will be able to assist you on this matter.
When does Chuck's Tier system begin?
The qualification period runs from 1 January to 31 December of the year. Your spending during this time determines your tier. Tiers are then reviewed and reset every 1 January, so there's always a fresh chance to level up!
How do I get my birthday bonus?
Make sure your birthday is saved in your account at least 30 days in advance, and we'll automatically reward you with bonus points on your big day! Bronze members receive 200 points, Silver members 500 points, and Gold members 800 points. Birthday bonus points are awarded once per year.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your unique referral link with a friend and when they make their first purchase on our website, they get 15% off and you earn 500 points. Pretty sweet, right? Just note that the referral discount is exclusively for first-time customers. Your 500 points will be credited once your friend completes their first purchase, so keep an eye on your account after they shop!
Do my points expire?
Good news, your points never expire! Save them up and redeem whenever you're ready.
