How do I request for e-invoice?
Once you have completed your order, on the order confirmation page there is a section to include your details for e-invoicing. Once the details have been validated by LHDN, the e-invoice will be sent to your email within 3 business days. If you have any issues, please email us at help@chuck-s.co for assistance.
Rewards
How do I join Chuck's Rewards?
To join, simply create a password-protected account with us. If you have already joined, you'll be automatically added to Chuck's rewards program.
How do I earn points?
You earn points automatically with every purchase. With every RM1 spent, you'll earn 1 point. Points are credited to your account within 24 hours.
Can my points earned from offline purchases be redeemed in-store?
Yes! Your rewards can be redeemed either online or offline. For online orders, you may redeem your rewards by clicking on the Chuck's rewards icon in the lower left-hand corner of our website.
For offline orders, it is only applicable for orders made at Chuck's flagship store. Please make sure to add your email address to your order, and our in-store staff will let you know if you can redeem any reward based on your available points.
What would happen to my points if I returned or exchanged an item?
Your points will be recalculated to reflect the new order amount.
What do I do if my points are not reflected?
Please allow up to 24 hours for the points to be reflected in the system. If your points are still not reflected within 24 hours, please contact us at help@chuck-s.co. Our staff will be able to assist you on this matter.
Exchange & Return
What is your exchange policy?
Got your eye on a different item? We offer exchanges for another item in your preferred colour and size within 7 days of receiving your items, subject to stock availability. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition with tags still attached. To start the process, please email us at help@chuck-s.co to request an exchange form. Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the exchange item and the cost to re-ship the items. For items purchased in-store, please visit the store to request for an exchange. Shall there be a discrepancy between the initial order and the exchanged item, the customer will need to bear the additional costs.
What is your return policy ?
If you have second thoughts about your order from Motherchuckers or Chuck’s, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition with tags still attached. To start the process, please email us at help@chuck-s.co to request a return form. Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the return and there will be a handling fee of MYR 15 deducted from the refund amount. For orders purchased in-store, please visit the store to request for a return.
What items are excluded from your exchange and return policy ?
Exchanges and returns are not applicable for worn or used items, sale items, skincare, sportswear (such as biker shorts, sports bras and etc.) or swimwear (including bikini tops and bottoms) due to hygiene reasons. Exceptions apply for items found to be defective upon arrival.
Are there any additional cost incurred for exchange and returns?
Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges. If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee. For returns, there will be a handling fee of MYR 15 deducted from the refund amount.
How long does your refund process take?
Once we've settled on all the details, please note that it will take up to 7-14 business days for you to receive your refund. If you have not receive your refund after the time period stated, please email us at help@chuck-s.co and we'll look into it.
