By participating in this giveaway, you are consenting to an agreement that follows our Terms and Conditions. All giveaway prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. There will be no exchange of items or vouchers for cash.
1. Giveaway Mechanics & Eligibility
Entry Requirement: Every RM228 spent on Chuck’s products in a single receipt entitles you to one (1) automatic entry.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway runs from 12:00 AM (GMT+8) on 1st March 2026 to 11:59 PM (GMT+8) on 31st March 2026. Orders placed outside of this timeframe are not eligible.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to Malaysian residents only who are aged 18 years and above.

3. Prize-Specific Conditions
Return Flight Tickets for 2 from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo, Japan
Inclusions/Exclusions: The prize covers airfare only. Luggage, accommodation, meals, visa fees, airport transfers, insurance, seat selections, and other personal or incidental expenses are NOT included and are the responsibility of the winner.
Validity: The prize must be redeemed and travel completed by 31st December 2026. Unused tickets after this date will be forfeited.
Booking Logistics: All bookings will be arranged exclusively by the Chuck’s team. Winners are NOT permitted to make independent bookings, upgrades, or schedule changes. Once booking details are confirmed, no amendments, cancellations, or name changes will be permitted.
Travel Dates: Travel dates must be confirmed at least three (3) months prior to the chosen travel date. The Organizer reserves the right to choose the timing of the flight on the chosen date. Winners must proceed with booking even if the full travel schedule is not open yet.
Travel Companions: Both travelers must depart and return together on the same itinerary.

4. Winner Announcement & Redemption
Announcement Date: The 10 lucky winners will be announced during Chuck’s Instagram Live on 1st April 2026 on IG @chucks.co.
Claiming the Prize: Winners must contact Chuck’s Customer Service within seven (7) days from the announcement date to verify and claim their prize. If a winner fails to contact Chuck’s within this period, the prize will be automatically forfeited without notice.
Verification: Winners may be required to provide identification and verification details. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information may lead to disqualification.

Chuck’s reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of similar value if necessary.
Chuck’s reserves the right to amend, extend, cancel, or modify the Terms & Conditions of this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Chuck’s shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, cancellation, tax implications, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control once prizes are fulfilled.
